Automated follow-up
« on: May 14, 2016, 08:50:01 AM »
Hi all.

Can't find an answer to this but my google-fu is weak today. I am using TB to send out notifications. I would like to be able to automate reminders with them, so that every time I send out a notification, a reminder is generated & put aside in a send later folder to be sent after a set delay. I am certain this should be possible -  I just can't actually see how to do it. Any suggestions received with gratitude. Using TB 5.0.36.2 but would consider upgrading to do this.

Hi John, welcome to the board.

You should be able to do this using TB!'s filters and scheduler tools: https://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/help/64/#6594

Cheers!

Thanks Ann.Nice to be here  :-)

I thought that scheduler / filters could do the job, but my problem is that I can't for the life of me see exactly how  :-)  I can see how it could be done for a reply (I think), but not for a new / sent message.

One of the options when you set up a filter is to create a new message as a result of it. It's in the Sorting Office > Actions > Add menu for the filter. :)
Cheers!
