Moved to a new computer, all account settings messed up.

I just upgraded to Windows 7, and I installed the Bat and pointed it to my existing Email folders.  Usually, when I do that, all the account settings and everything gets restored properly.  But this time I'm having some issues.  I will list them below:

1) There are many duplicate accounts showing in my Account Tree.  I looked in my data directory, and only one folder of each account is there, so I don't know why so many are showing in the program.

2) Now, when I try deleting one of the duplicate accounts, an error dialog pops up, and stays there forever (hitting ok just pops up the same dialog).  The only way out of it is to kill the Bat process and relaunch it.  So i can't delete any of those items because it makes the program crash.

3) For my accounts, all of the transport settings and additional settings are blank.  How do I restore them without having to go into each one and type it out?
Using The Bat! v4.2.42 (Win7 64-bit)

Can I suggest this is something you need to raise with the official Ritlabs support / forums, as (a) we're a legacy support forum (version 3 and earlier) and (b) it could be an issue with Windows 7 that the developers aren't aware of so needs a bug report. and
