They are getting sneakier... now you know not to click on links in emails, the phishers are trying sending out html attachments in the hope that you'll be hoodwinked into filling in their HOAX login form. If you do, your details won't be sent to PayPal... instead they are submitted to a site called communicationtom.com who no doubt have some less that legit uses for your data and PayPal account.
Even though it looks like the sender is service@paypal etc... it isn't! It's actually saying paypai not paypal !
REMEMBER:The only way you should ever login to PayPal is through https://www.paypal.com
