If you receive an email supposedly from support@outlook-express.com with the subject line OUTLOOK SETUP NOTIFICATION and asking you to visit a weblink to reconfigure or set up your Outlook, please DO NOT VISIT the link.
Just delete the email as it is a cleverly designed phishing attempt which is aimed at getting access to your email account for some as yet unknown nefarious purpose.
If you've had one and clicked the link your email account will be compromised and you will need to change your password pdq.
This one looks so official it's bound to catch some folks unawares.
