press enter text jumps up to the previous line
« on: April 23, 2010, 08:16:02 AM »
Hi There,
I have this annoying problem with the Bat.
When I type an email I'll start with:
Dear xxx,
How are you?

When I type
Dear xxx, and press enter and start to type again all of the text jumps up to the previous line so it ends up looking like  this:

Dear xxx, How are you?

The only way I can stop is happening is if I put two spaces between lines.

Any ideas on what settings i need to change to fix this?

Cheers & Thanks,

Maxy

This isn't a problem I've come across before, but I'd suspect it might be a template issue. To be able to help I'd need to know more though, like which version of TB! you're using and whether you're using the Plain Text of HTML editor, and what your template says.

If you're using TB! v4+ you'd be best asking on the Official TB! forums as we support the earlier versions 1,2,3 here. http://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/
Cheers!
Anne
