You must be 18 years of age or more to buy from this website.
Orders from this website may be paid for from your PayPal balance or by Credit or Debit Card using the PayPal secure payments system.
You have the opportunity to revise your order at any time until the confirmation step in the checkout process.
All orders will be normally be despatched within 7 days of the date of the order being received by us but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Orders will require a signature on delivery and may be consigned via the Royal Mail or by a courier company.
Orders may be sent in multiple packages on different dates depending on parcel size and stock availability.
Although we try to depict items accurately on the website, colours may vary from those shown as a result of monitor colour variations.
Prices shown on the website do not include postage / carriage except where stated. Note we are not VAT registered.
All purchases made from Yobunny Enterprises directly are covered by the UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If you change your mind you may return any item in good condition within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund of the amount which you paid for it.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be made within 30 days of the written notification of cancellation being received by us.
Any postage costs incurred due to returning items to us unless they are damaged or faulty are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items despatched will be securely packed and labelled and will require a signature on delivery. The customer will, on request, be notified of the tracking number via email after despatch.
Any consignment received in a damaged condition should be notified to us within three days of receipt, preferably with photographic evidence, and the original damaged packaging retained for a possible claim against the carrier.
Items damaged in transit should be returned to us for replacement or refund along with the damaged packaging. Postage incurred in such returns will be reimbursed to the customer on receipt of proof of date and cost of posting. Such reimbursement will be made within 30 days of the return being received by us.

All personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. Your privacy is important to us and we do not store any information about you other than that which is needed to complete your order.
We do not receive or store your financial data when you pay via our PayPal payment handler.
