Estimates for work can be provided based on a telephone and/or e-mail description of the problem though BTS would preferably arrange for a Call-Out or the customer to bring the equipment to the workshop. Computer repair can be more complex than what is first indicated and if the work is taken on, costs incurred greater than one and a half times the estimate will require customer authorisation before any further work is carried out. A new estimate can be provided.

In line with our "No Fix - No Fee" policy the work will be returned to the customer if requested, or the customer may call to collect, and no charge will be levied apart from other incurred fees. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Where work has progressed to a degree then BTS will return the equipment to the condition as received wherever possible, again at no charge. Please note this may not always be the possible depending on the nature of the fault(s) found but a full description of what has been done will be provided.
